This new MagSafe Charger comes in two different flavors; one with a 1-meter cable and the other with a more lengthy 2-meter cable. The new MagSafe Charger might look the same as the old one, but under the hood, Apple has upgraded things somewhat. There's new support for the Qi2 wireless charging standard with support for wireless fast charging speeds of up to 25 watts when you pair it with a 30-watt or better charger. Keep in mind that you don't get a charging brick in the box, so you'll need to use your own.

When you're not powering an iPhone this MagSafe charger can also be used to top up the battery on your AirPods so long as they have a wireless charging case, although speeds still top out at the same 5 watts of the previous model, unfortunately.
